Hey just a small question, but.... on one character I did the minuteman ending. I destroyed the institute, but despite shooting down every vertibird I've seen it appears as if the BOS is not pissed at me enough so as to start the minutemen quest against them.

Is there any good way to get the BOS pissed at me so I can start "let our powers combine"? Now that we've sent one boogeyman six feet under, I'd like to send these imperialist power armored lobsterbacks packing too.

Shoot Maxson and steal his coat?

Kill a named Brotherhood NPC. I did it to Elder Maxson, but apparently you can do it to Knight Rhys at Cambridge or most others. Once you piss them off you'll get a message telling you you're now enemies with the Brotherhood of Steel.

Seriously? Just kill any named member, the rest are chopped livers.

You can also follow the Institute quest line up to a certain point. That automatically makes the BOS hostile.

I just said that I destroyed the Institute.

Ah, I thought you were talking about a different character and are now looking for a different play through. It came over that way - at least for me it did.

As others said, commence with Operation Prydwenfall (<- I made that up) by offing a named member of the BoS (any named member) and the rest will be hostile.
