Do you mean that they won't even go anywhere with you, or just that they don't always tag along right behind you? None of the companions stay glued to you the whole time they're with you. They'll go off on their own a little bit. Some of them gather supplies, some of them seek out enemies on their own a bit.
they won't even go anywhere with me. but even i choose travel with me, they won't follow me as well.
i don't want to travel alone ><
how to solve this problem?
I'm not sure. I've never heard of this issue. You're sure that you're issuing the command to follow properly?
Is it all followers, or just certain ones? Because as you progress in the game in certain ways, or by just doing random things that certain followers do not like, eventually they get so mad at you they refuse to even talk to you. Which is a poor design choice by bethesda, because usually you can do something totally random and if a follower is nearby that hates what you did enough, you will get a message and they will scold you then leave. Other times though, which probably should be obvious times to people, or so bethesda thought anyway, still a piss poor design choice I think, you can get so far in the game and do certain things in the game, to certain factions, and if your companion was a member of that faction, or w/e, they will just not talk to you any more, with no warning at all if they are not your current follower. Which I think is a stupid way to do it, they should at least chew you out if you piss off a faction they are a member of or like enough to not want to piss it off, then try to recruit them again. Instead gamesas chose the silent treatment, which, I guess works, but only if the people playing understand why they are getting the silent treatment which, some will, but most wont. Bethesda tends to give its playerbase too much credit in the maturity department sometimes. Others, it tends to not give enough...
It's also worth pointing out that there are certain points in the game where certain companions will be unavailable temporarily. This is the case with Nick Valentine at a couple different points. You're required to progress a certain quest or complete a certain task before picking up your travels with them again.
so means that i have some quest that needed to be done, after that can have companion with me again?
thanks bro! will check my quest lists
