After a while doing missions Railroad I decided to dispense with the Deacon and send it back pro HQ. I slept for 24 and soon after all quests Railroad fail.

I did some more quests and then sent the Deacon to a settlement. Slept and did not yield anything wrong, I was in the settlement and after a few seconds the Deacon falls just dead. Failing the missions and making me an enemy of Railway.

From what I saw on the internet the only way to avoid this is to run to call him as a companion. But all this has irritated me a lot. He is an "essential" character who dies only when you need to eliminate your faction.
