Ive had a lot of bugs and glitches and figured Id start a list of bugs/patches/fixes I feel others would appreciate as well myself to see fixed.

Ok so everyone feel free to add a list of your own as well. I wanted to do this so that we can keep a neat organized index of known game breakers and even simple things we would like to see patched.

1. Blind Betrayal/Spoils of War/Liberty Reprimed/Outside the Wire bug (Game Breaker)

Essentially Its impossible to initiate Blind betrayal if you haven't completed Outside the Wire before Spoils of War. This is bad because if at any point do you turn in Outside the Wire to Ingram you will fail all institute quests, which is why I initially ignored it. This locks you out of Liberty Reprimed as well. It doesn't affect the MQ oddly as I reached Spoils of War just fine now all Captain Kells and Elder Maxon say is I should turn in the holotape. Ive managed to knock Ingram off the Vertibird trying to find a bypass not being able to reach her however she wont acknowledge anything other than Spoils of War. This has removed all possibility of keeping Danse as a companion when choosing any other side. Or getting his perk for that matter.

2. Looping companion conversations.

For some reason Preston, MacCready and Hancock have this bug where their final affinity conversation will be brought up. Im not sure if its a fail safe in case you change your mind about romance but its quite annoying.

3. Fat Deacon

Simple bug where deacon will not remove his Road Leathers and if you equip anything else on him it will be worn under his Road Leathers. Also makes him very Fat.

4. Ballistic Weave Expanded

This is more of a clothing fix/expansion. See, you can add Ballistic Weave to the Dirty Black Suit but not the Clean Black Suit which is bugged. Id also like to see it expanded to outfits such as the Explorers Coat/Scavenger Coat, Synth Uniform, Rad Suit, Harness/Road Leathers/Long Johns etc. Mostly because with its limited options it doesn't seem use outside of not wanting to die and some of the coolest outfits that could use it (Kelloggs Outfit ) can no longer be plausibly end game for those that want to kill stuff and not die in 1 hit.

5. Specific Item weight adjustment .

A real Aluminum Bat does not weigh 3 pounds and if Teddy Bears weighed a pound they wouldn't be child safe. On that note certain Items should weigh more than 19 pounds(Gauss Rifle easily looks like 30pds.)

6.Companion Stealth

Could they be any louder? Might as well hold a neon saying, " We're right here"

This is all I could think of at the moment. Feel free to add suggestions that I can add to the list and hopefully the devs will notice and some of these get addressed.
