I need to have my own murder house like Pickman to satisfy my sadistic tendencies, I want to hang bodies from the light poles and put heads in fridges like the raiders, I want to be able to be the mean, bad guy, I want everyone to let out a blood curdling scream when they see me. That is all.

Hi, I'm new to the forum but have insane addictions to wishlists, hence the jump into this thread :P. I hope its worth mentioning I am PS4 so mods are out of the question for now. Also worth mentioning that I have hit about level 57 and am yet to complete the game, this game is amazing!

My DLC hopes:

-Allow the player to use the Memory Loungers and wander around pre-war Sanctuary. Possibly add quests for pre-war memories which unlock unique perks for completing them. Like a 'Last Goodbye' quest to really flesh out the relationship between husband and wife, where you have to take them on a date kinda like the Geralt and Keira Metz quest in Witcher 3, or a 'Final Embrace' quest where you have to play with Shaun as a baby with Codsworths help. If you complete the quests you can discuss them with Codsworth (maybe make it so that discussion with Codsworth earns you the quest-related perk).

-Adding on to previous idea, a mission to locate a novel 'psychadelic drug' for the memory lounger in a previously unknown Vault, but it is one of Dr. Brauns programs which traps people into the memory. By finding it and handing it in you accidently lock Kent (Silver Shroud guy) into his dreams where he will be tortured by Silver Shroud bad guys so you have to go into the memory lounger in a black and white world and save him as the Silver Shroud yet again!

-Enclave intrusions into the commonwealth region, possibly centered around an alliance with the Institute. Could include an element where you can negotiate the alliance deal if you joined the Institute; or attempt to sabotage the alliance deal if you sided with the BoS or Railway, where Enclave will redirect its attention to the BoS and Cambridge areas ignoring the Institute and railway, or go to all out war with the Institute respectively. Ideally place the base underwater in an enormous submarine located in an underwater cavern system caused by nuclear tectonic shifts, and shoot two birds with one stone; an underwater series of missions and the Enclave introduction.

-An expansion of the SuperMutant Radio Channel, where a devious group of super mutants are attempting to attract large numbers of humans by offering to rebuild settlements, so you have time to intervene and reveal their true intentions to mass slaughter and feast on them for their leaders birthday, however, the settlers will generally be absolute dikes, so you might decide to let them die, plus throw in a corrupted Mr. Handybot robot who hates you and makes the settlers suspicious of you. Would be cooler if you can also offer their leader the cake found at a certain boat house (cant remember its name, but there are a couple of robots chilling there, two brothers essentially kill each other) and kill him that way, but you'll turn the settlers and the mutants against you. Would also be cool if the quest has a timeline of two in game weeks from the start of the quest till the mutants birthday.

-More distress signals but with LIVE people on site who you can send to work for you at settlements. Why are they ALWAYS dead? I know most where from ages ago but it's possible some are more recent.

-A series of make up changes to each of the main raider groups to distinguish one from another; for example, with Brewtown and Federal Rationing Stockpile raiders having distinct visual differences and possibly being at war. Currently done but boringly so with a few groups such as the Forged. Would like to see them truly take on unique characteristics, like Forged who use Napalm Rockets for their Rocket Launchers, and Shishkebab-like mods for Rippers; or Corvega Plant assembly raiders who have power-armour mods made from Cars and have a catapult which launches cars (maybe going a tad too far here).

-An expansion of the application of settlements. Maybe introduce a system where achieving something like 15 or so settlers allows you to specialise the settlement, and gain a unique special structure exclusive to each area. Genuinely give players a reason to build up. An example speciality could be a Hangman Alley 'Diamond City Diplomacy' boost where you can attach your workshop to your home in Diamond City and gain the ability to create troude routes with DC; or a Abernathy Farm 'Pure Tatos' speciality where all tatos grown become 'Pure' tatos and can be used to create unique drinks and soups which have strong healing benefits; or a Red Rocket 'Mole Rat Farm' speciality where the mole rat cave beneath can be farmed to gain unique mole-rat hide armours, and syringe's which use some kind of oil extracted from their hides which cause prolonged hysteria in enemies; or a Outpost Zimonja 'Radio Attenuation' boost where three dogs radio from the Capital Wasteland becomes available, allowing all your flares or artillery smokes to provide their effects faster anywhere in the northern half of the map.

-More variation in weapon/armour mods which genuinely change weapon/armour performances (not just tweak numbers!), especially for melee weapons. For example, super sledges which can release an explosive forward force which potentially acts like the gravity hammer from the halo series, or Lorenzo's attacks from the Cabot quest.

-Dye your clothing option. Some armours are so ugly. Just got me a decent Synth chest piece which provides a VAT cost reduction, and it looks ridiculous, mostly cause its colours are annoying.

-I have loads more but they might be a tad ridiculous (as if these werent).

Would be so cool if doing that attracts raiders instead of settlers to live at your settlements. And I agree with Stick900, more Pickman would be cool. Like a random letter given to you from a dying settler on the side of the road with a letter from Pickman saying he is going to hunt you down when you least expect it, or inviting you to dinner for a possible co-operative quest leading to his availability as a companion.

-Real weapon racks that are like what is displayed in the start menu, I want to be able to display weapons with mods on the wall.

-Be able to build robots as followers or that can be stored at a settlement (assulttrons, protectron, century bot, etc)

-Synth uniforms that can have the ballistic waeve mod and be looted

-Flyable vertabird that can be controlled/flown by the player with a follower on the mini

-Option to control larger mob spawns

-Massive goul hoards that move around the map

ability to assign settlers to power armor for defense

Vault tec settlement items, including structure as well as furnature

A expansion zone that is on a large military base.

a expansion zone that is like a massive version of the glowing sea

a underwater and flying city (think bioshock)

Raider themed decorations (hanging bodys etc)

Prewar settlement items (including bright street lights)

Lighted wires, both as a addition to power lines and as a wall to wall decoration option

Chrismas Decorations (irl you see them in stores as early as october so why not in game as well?) another option for lightning with this

ability to use intact cars as decoration, as sitting locations and as storage using the cabin and trunk seperately. i would love a couch in my house that is just a hollowed out station wagon that doubles as a chest.

Renegade enclave group who is in boston because of you (or your spouse if you are a female) in order to "remake" the enclave. few missions that give you the ability to craft a vertibird landing pad at settlements and

Spoiler
lets you use vertibirds if you destroy the brotherhood

ability to "craft" your own radio station in a settlement, which plays songs from a list you program at the station terminal.

More Zetaens! i love those campy aliens! i want a alien RIFLE like my trusty ones in Fallout 3!

A Legendary Vender, which only appears in random encounters and always has 10 randomized legendary weapons + 10 Legendary armors in its inventory. MUST HAVE EPIC PERSONALITY! like a Ms nanny voice that talks like Hulk hogan.

scrap walls must have their placement boxes altered to naturally allow some clipping. (minor update)

Heavy Weapon Version of the Plasma Rifle. PLASMA CANNON! modded to be a base single high power shot, muzzle change to spread shot blast or Explosive round. Chargeable to increase power, or automatic firing, for barrel.

Baby Deathclaw Companion (scaled down normal model) mostly acting like dogmeat in terms of interaction. down scale to allow it to fit into buildings.

Flying Deathclaws. at least able to do wing assisted jumps or something but it has to have awesome wings.

Unique Gamma Cannon, oversized Dish on something limilar to the junk jet. double damage of normal guns and large blast radius. Found on legendary Children of atom.

Quest line releated to the children of atom, maybe even a expansion releated to them with a area that where their beliefs are about to fall into a full scale war or something crazy.

My only wish for Pickman is that one day, he will turn himself into a cannibalistic ghoul who becomes leader of a pack of ferals. Then, you will be forced to find him and request his help, resulting in you leading an army of feral ghouls to go murder the [censored] out an even more terrifying threat.

(And if anyone got what that was a reference to, kudos to you.)

I think they should make all the music from the other Fallout games available as DLC. I would gladly pay for the extra songs, as long as it wasn't too crazy of a price. Grab the guy who voices Travis and have him record some lines and make a quest that has the SS raid an old music store or something in that vein. The extra songs would be nice and it would add some content to the game. Each song could be spread out over the wasteland and be it's own small "go get it" quest.

I don't know how copyrights work but if they are in the other games wouldn't that mean that BGS has the rights to use them?
