I don't believe Luck influences the quality of your legendary drop, especially since as far as the game logic is concerned all prefixes are equally good.

With equipment I was testing a luck character and I had 15 luck while wondering and I still had to try like 20 times to get the stuck perfectly preserved pie.

Sometimes it feels like luck should help and you just have no luck with it.

How the [censored] can luck not have an impact on the drops? IN EVERY OTHER GAME IT HAD A MASSIVE IMPACK ON LOOT AND IN THIS GAME IT HAS NONE!

You must be really unlucky, I got an instigating fat man the other day, double damage if target is at full health, also found a mighty combat rifle, 25% more damage, only had 5 luck.

I hope Legendaries NEVER become important in this game.
