When will the area specific CTD's be fixed? : Fallout 4

Do we know anything about this? My game crashes to desktop at specific areas and i cant progress my game, its gamebreaking in most cases. For example at listening post bravo when you have to meet with a very important character (not gonna spoil it), i cant get near to the place because my game just close itself, its the most annoying bug out there. And dont come with the console commands, i know i could just skip that part, but here is the thing, i payed 60€ for this game, so i WANT to see what happens, its not my fault that bethesda screwed something up in specific areas, usually if i encounter bugs like these in any game i just issue a refund instantly, but since i love fallout and i cant refund it anymore, the only choice i have is wait for a month or more, for a patch, that will most likely screw even more things up. I sent a report to bethesda here http://help.bethesda.net/app/fallout_feedbackand i did not got any confirmation that my report has been received or something, do they send me an email or not? I included everything i had to, my dxdiag, msinfo, and a description of what i experienced.

So, my questions are, did i submited a report at the right place or not? And when will bethesda fix these issues? im sure there were the same issues in skyrim, how long did it took them to fix these?

Please post a full dxdiag.exe report and post it in spoilers.

Not everyone is having the same issues so these problems are more difficult to find a fix for. Maybe with the dxdiag report we might be able to see what is causing the crashing, sometimes the crashes are linked to something specific to the computer.

Yes sending the report to them is the correct method but also posting here is a good option. Some of us here have managed to resolve some issues for some players and the posts are also likely seen by the support team as well.

The thing is i dont know if it makes sense to paste it here since its not in english.. And i cant find a way to change that, thats why im worried that my report might will be too much of a problem for them to translate and such, also, if u could tell me how to post in spoilers that would be great

What language is it.

Quite a bit of the information in it is not too dependent on language.

When posting your report on the top row of icons the the third one will give you an option to use special bbcode and within that is an option to select spoilers and with in that you can paste the full report. Please make sure you run the 64 bit version of the dxdiag.exe

Its in hungarian, idk if you guys can make something out of it but i'll link it anyway, hope it helps, and yes i know that my pc is a piece of crap, but the game runs at around 60-70fps with a texture mod, and the only performace related issue i have is in boston (some parts only) and on the sout part of the map (also, just some parts of it) also, i experienced another CTD near the andrew station. First thing I am noticing is a lot of problem signatures which might have a baring on your issues.

I am seeing quite a few problems with Windows updates and possibly that might be taking some resources away from your PC.

Another thing I am seeing autopico.exe which is part of the activator for Windows 8. But I wonder if maybe a Malware might be pretending to be the proper windows one.

What security program are you using?

In regards to performance it is best to keep the shadow distance quality to medium any higher it will put a drain to performance even on top end cards and cpu's depending on location and that is quite often downtown Boston and corvega. Corvega should be better now since I believe Bethesda tweaked some of the lighting settings there. The other performance impact is god rays quality.

I have your card but I have kept the default v-sync since I have to play a game with v-sync.

My opinion is that you always want the latest updates for the current version of the OS you have. Since Malware will quite often find exploits in the OS and those patches and updates help to prevent that from happening as well as those patches usually help to make the OS run better.

I have seen crashing at specific area can be due to bad save? Is there any previous save u can try? Or create a new character to test the area that crashes

the only fix involves going way back to some previous save or starting a new character.

not surprisingly, most people dont take too kindly to having to toss away 3 days of game work because the save decided to say "[censored] you"

A problem with these save whenever you want games. Even the witcher 3 has these issues. People often just spam quicksave.

I do wish they would find a better way to save progress. Some sort of data integrity check or something.

This has been an issue way back to Oblivion. Vet gamers know all too well in these Save type games you must make new manual saves along the way or cycle between

20 or so saves. It isn't always the games fault either. Software conflicts are common.

Wish they would find a less error prone way to do it. Hopefully they're still working on fixes.

It saves exactly where you left off even the music you heard from the radio. You could even save in the middle of a dialog. Alot of things happen in the background. I could sprint and save and the game must determine the point to "freeze" and takes the save state. I normally stop whatever things I am doing (including walking) and trigger a manual save.
