As many know who did this, tina de luca bugs out if you help bobby clear out and then try to recruit her. So did a bit of running, this and that, tried to fix this(can't btw, no taken route works).

What i found out is this; by her dialogue options she wants to stay in the vault as her brother needs her still. Could be the recruitment option shouldn't be there. Quite possible that's how it's supposed to go and she only becomes available if her brother goes the other way.

Now, if it IS supposed to be possible to recruit her(or even both of them) after saving her brother, then the problem comes after she says "i'm in". The camera cuts to your character like it does when things go other way, but this time there's no option to choose a settlement. It just doesn't prompt it if her brother is saved. Noticed that the line she says after is the same as you get when you recruit her and tab out without selecting a settlement.

So, either A: remove the option to recruit her if the brother is saved, bit of naff choice but acceptable as story goes, OR add the settlement selection to the saved brother recruit dialogue option.
