Support wont message me back ...

Been waiting almost a month now for a message back haven't been able to play fallout since the day i bought it... I am assuming that the problem is my graphics card but would like confirmation on the matter. needless to say this is very annoying and would like some help

Oh and the game crashes immediately after clicking play from the sub menu

Could be a GPU driver problem, but your GPU is below minimum requirement as well. That likely doesn't help.

I believe you need direct x 11 card to play and your card does not support direct x 11.

You can use dxcpl to force it to run in directX10 https://steamcommunity.com/app/377160/discussions/0/496881121380313604/ but no gurantee it will be playable.
