I've recently started getting an issue during conversations. During conversations, and ONLY during conversations, the outer edges of the screen will be blurry. The screen is fine during exploring, during 3rd person, during combat, etc. It happens ONLY during conversations.

It looks like http://imageshack.com/a/img908/8550/ILG8nR.jpg, and http://imageshack.com/a/img905/343/2t2SZN.jpg. Look at the four corners and all around the top and bottom. It is like a blurry vignette.

I have tried the console commands "rimod 00094636" and "rimod 002041B6", but this appears completely unrelated to the nightvision and recon scope bugs.

The only way I've found to fix this is go back to an earlier save file. But worryingly, sometimes I have to go back FARTHER than when I first experienced the blurry conversation bug. It's happened 3 times now, and each time I had to go back to a save that is over an hour old. Which means it is somehow "infecting" earlier saves up to a point.

Anyone have any ideas? Obviously this has something to do with the imagespace when in a conversation. I'm open to any and all ideas. This drives me crazy, and each time it randomly pops up, I just lose an hour.

EDIT: It is actually the EXACT same screen effect as occurs when you take Jet. But taking Jet and letting it wear-off doesn't fix the problem in conversations.
