Alright so from what i've been told is that the fallout 4 game when it first came out had something small like 5gb's of the game on the actual game disc its self. alot of people were mad because you had to download a 19GB + in order to even be able to play the game

I was gonna pick this game up for my nephew for Christmas and was wondering Is the big download still a thing? or have they put the full game on disc now.

and Can he play offline on steam without having to download any updates? (We live in the county side, and our internet data is VERY limited)
