Download patches to PC to PS4? : Fallout 4

Hey guys, for some reason my ps4 won't connect to the internet, and I was wondering if its possible to download the ps4 patches and put them on a usb then transfer to the ps4?

Nope, unfortunately not.

Unlike PS4 software updates (which can be installed from the web via a USB drive,) there is no place online to download the patch.
You have to get the patch directly through the PS4.
