Hello to All
First, let me say that as a long time PC gamer (since 1981) I have played quite a few games over the years but few games have given me such continued pleasure as M.A.X. 1 has.
I was thrilled to find out that M.A.X. 1 & 2 was available via G.O.G.’s and at a bargain price. Being able to play this gem, M.A.X. 1, on my current PC and on a large flat screen monitor has been a joy.

However, here is my issue.
? A constructor has just finished building the currently assigned structure.
? I click an adjoining square to move the constructor to the side.
? I suddenly get a “Stack Overflow Error” that streams down from the top left hand side of the screen.
? This is usually accompanied with a very fast repetitive game sound and the game completely freezes or it crashes to desktop.
? If you restart the game, each time you try to move the same constructor the same thing happens.
? This does not happen very often and usually about 150 to 175 turns in.

Is there any workaround for this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Still hoping for an updated M.A.X. reissue.
