Does anyone know how to start the quest to activate the elevator in the donut shop in Lexington? I'm trying to get down to where the U.S. Covert Operations Manual is, and I was unable to find the sewer pipe entrance is.

Early Railroad quest.

Great. I already killed off the Railroad. I really wish I had done some of their quests first. Well, can you tell me where the Lexington sewer pipe is?

Also of note, there is a Master locked terminal inside that Deacon would normally unlock for you. You'll need to be able to hack that to get in without him.

Thanks. I was able to find it because of that picture and got the magazine. Now if only there was another way into Ticonderoga besides the Railroad quest I'd be all set. Lol
