PAM is already been hacked by the BOS, if I go with the Minutemen ending and spare both BOS and RR, would PAM be freed to allow me to turn in quests again or will I have to destroy the faction?

No clue I had no idea you could hack PAM before having to wipe out the Railroad.

After Blind Betrayal, PAM will be hacked by the BOS, preventing you from finishing railroad quests for things like Ballistic Weave and special clothing mod.

She's not hacked by the BoS after Blind Betrayal, she's hacked DURING Tactical Thinking. Once you finish the Nuclear Option MM she'll give quests again.

Ok, I'll try that. I want an ending avoiding to kill Danse, but I don't want to side with the BoS since I don't agree with their idea. I'll piss off the Institute then finish the game as the MM to see what happen, thanks.

Just piss them off AFTER finishing battle of bunker hill to avoid the endless between factions bug that can occur there. Or before if you don't care about making it a settlement.
