In Sanctuary I have a Medium-sized Water Purifier with a Generator that powers both it and a Recruitment Broadcast Tower. Periodically, and fairly frequently, I see notifications that the broadcast has stopped and if I look, the water supply for the number of settlers has become insufficient. However, if I spend a long-ish period of time in Sanctuary, I never see those outages and shortages occur.

Anybody have an idea of what is causing ^^that?
