Any mods available for PS4?

Not yet. Bethesda has announced that Mods will eventually be available for Xbox One (presumably shortly after or when the GECK becomes available), and that they are talking with Sony about mods on PS4 sometime after that.

Likely Sony is waiting to see how it pans out for Xbox before they give the green light.
