I'm just curious if anyone has found a way to edit the console save files and for instance use mods to set stats and items at the start, then transfer the save file to PS4 yet? As I understand it the consoles and the PC use similar save files / software and thats why Mods are supposed to come to consoles (eventually)

Just curious as there are a couple things I would kill to have a Starter file for, like a character with 10 in all Special and a full set of Legendary Shadowed leather.
