When pre-orders for the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy edition went live I had issues buying them and it ended up charging my account 3 times, I had to go through your stores customer support to get 2 out of the 3 charges dropped because i only wanted 1 Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition. They were very helpful and told me that 2 out of the 3 orders were canceled.
But when the time came for Fallout 4 to release i have been told by your stores customer support that all of my orders have been cancelled even though I was still billed $120.
I've had 2 customer support tickets filed on your stores website and I even called and have received no help or answer for my issue.
I just want to play Fallout 4 and at this point don't care if i even get the collectors edition, I would just like my $120 reimbursed so that i can at least buy the base game.
I don't know where else to ask this, every time I file a support ticket it either gets auto-responded away or ignored!
