He is often quite cold to others, but social. He was claimed insane while working with other scientists tinkering with the FEV, making abominations.
Bio: Hans was born in an Enclave outreach Program stationed in a remote section of Europe, somewhere near Germany. It was used to create soldiers for the Enclave, and that it did. While most kids trained to fight, Hans would sneak around the Enclave scientists, even if he wasn't allowed to. Though one day, a large explosion happened, destroying most of the small settlement. Hans slipped into the last escaping Vertibird. He was found, and began training in the medical and scientific fields.
He was brought back to the American Wastes, and work strictly on FEV assignments. His fellow scientist were flung around the room by uncontrollable, angered mutants. They had to be put down. The many things he saw twisted his mind, until he was declared insane. He spent more time in a padded room, rather than a lab. He was brought out when they ran low on doctors. He was insane, yes, but a very experienced doctor. He was giving his own lab, a possibly foolish thing to do, giving him a lab. He was also given dead bodies to work on. His lab at Hill Site 18 was declared a safety hazard, that only he could enter. But now, he is stationed in a squad as a medic, and possibly to create new abominations against the BoS.
