...gives you the DR, ER, and Radiation resistance of your under armor/clothing when wearing power armor?

It doesn't make sense that any resistances given from clothing under power armor would just be ignored when wearing PA. For example if you had your vault suit under your PA, you should get the additional resistances from that suit on top of the PA resistances. Has anyone modded a fix for this yet?
