For someone reason I can't take anything from boxs or enemies I kill. I have to use my follower to search the item. Pressing X on the vita won't pick the item up. Is there a hidden button I'm missing or is this a glitch

Same here. Very annoying :/

A simple solution is to close fallout 4 and reopen it with your vita.
