Nuclear Option broken.

Trying to complete the Nuclear Option quest for the Railroad. I talk to Des, talk to Shaun, talk to Tinker Tom, step into the teleporter and boom, the game crashes with a ce-34878-0 Playstation error. Have tried about 10 times with no luck. Have even reinstalled the game with no luck. Have only had one crash with the game the whole time i've played and now i'm stuck in the Institute and can't do anything. I'm fairly certain that pulling up an old save and re-doing everything i've done won't change a thing.

About as frustrating as it can get...any solutions?

Title edited. Let's keep it clean.

Actually, it very well could. This is why it's always best to make various save files, and save often.
Relying on auto/quick saves is not enough, usually.

The error can happen with other games, too. It's not inherit to FO4.
Google suggests it can be fixed by disconnecting from online, or re-installing PS4 software.

Yeah, I'm at Level 55. I reinstalled the system software and tried the non-networked route. Still bombs at that exact spot. Don't have a separate manual save since Dec 8th and i refuse to go back to that. I guess I'm just done playing until the next patch comes out from Bethesda.
