Settlement CTD

Im getting a gamebreaking crash in settlements. It happens in all settlements across both my characters, regardless of time played. What happens is I open up the settlements build menu, go over 'Power' or 'Fences' and instantaneously crash. Whats especially infuriating is that, with all my mods installed, it was working fine just yesterday. Today, I am receiving this crash. It doesnt happen when I have no mods on, but it happens even with the mods Ive had since I started my playthrough(at the start kf which I was not experiencing this crash). Is anyone experiencing a similar issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Narrow it down to which mod is causing the crash and then inform the modder of the issue. You really should use complex mods until the official editor is released.

No, here's the thing. The issue started when I installed a couple mods. I then uninstalled those mods, and it went away for a few hours. After that, without installing any other mods, the problem came back.

Here's my load order, the ones highlighted in red are the ones I turned off when it was giving my problems. After they were turned off, things went fine, but now the issue has randomly arisen once more despite none of the 'red' mods having been turned back on.

Any .esm mods are suspect without a proper editor. Try remove that mod plus any associated mods.

Who knows? The code could have had one bad line, one incorrect command, one typo. When the code or subroutine was run, it caused a fatal error. Probably something like a bad mesh. That is why you shouldn't use mods until the official editor is released, so that you know they are 'clean'.

Futhermore all these mods r new and they will have problem. U should feedback to the person who created them and they will fix them.

Yea be wary about using too many mods right now. The creation kit isn't out yet.

For Skyrim, it's best to not install/uninstall enable/disable mods mid game. IDK if FO4 follows this, but it is good practice to not add remove mods.
