I feel the same way

- I turned off the radio beacon at Outpost Zimonja, and yet he knows there's a ghoul problem

- I scrapped the radio beacon entirely, and somehow he "got word" of another ghoul problem

- There is never any other Minuteman he sends to protect them, even when literally anyone should be closer than me

- No other Minutemen report to him

- No settlers from the Outpost are ever seen anywhere near him, and are always at Outpost Zimonja. Would they really go back to a place that's under constant threat from ghouls?

- Ghouls come from everywhere from as far as across the entire map to attack that one settlement

There is literally no way he could keep knowing about these attacks, or for any of the settlers to know exactly where they came from when they're always coming from everywhere. The only way this could be possible is if Preston is orchestrating the attacks on settlements and using settlers to "report" them, then they spread the word to the other settlers that the Minutemen are great and powerful. The TWO of you. Which everyone would believe, is the BOTH of you. He rose to prominence by killing innocents, making you do all the work to protect them, and making you run all the way around the map to prevent attacks that don't even make sense to keep you away from him and discovering the truth.
