Fallout 4 enemies

Just wondering.. Does Fallout 4 have the most enemies than any other Fallout game? I find Fallout 4 doesn't have much of a variety of enemies.

Well, it has no ants, but it has more bouncy blood-svcking flying bugs... lousy trade, IMO.
