In Oblivion the DLC the Shivering Aisles is an all time favorite content addition, and personally my favorite DLC. It was clever and consisted of a whole mad dimension full of exciting new creatures, weapons, and enemies. The outcome and completion allowed the player to become essentially a MAD GOD and acquire a throne. This DLC was extensive and well worth the cost and had an amazing quest line especially crafting you're own gatekeeper. I know fallout is a bit less flexible in the sense but a similar DLC would be awesome. Even though there are some limitations, there can very well be a similar DLC possibly involving the irradiated humans that shoot you with gamma guns in fallout 4. They aren't ghouls yet they survive in irradiated locations and worship "atom" yet we know very little about them as opposed to assumptions. Possibly a location full of this human cult with more exciting weapons like the gamma gun. Anything with the depth and amazing creative thought the made the shivering aisles DLC so exciting and mysterious would suffice. I'm sure there are those who agree that we don't want the idea of allowing fans to decide fallout DLC to conclude in some awful simplistic quest-line. DLC in the past has been shown to contain the excitement and more whimsical aspects of a game.
