any way to remove the wires from Hangman's Alley? :(

I think that's even my biggest complain about the game :D

you have this nice settlement, which is central on the map and provides an interesting, small, challenging location

the only real way is to build up high, as there isn't really much space on the ground

but there are those annoying pre-built wires going from one building to another, that'll go through your interiors, walls and everything you built there

it looks terrible :(

Yes. I emptied my Hangman's Alley and use it as my central area's modding spot.

Built a little shack to sleep above the roof of where the weapon mod table is at.

I don't know where the wires you're talking about though.

I think you can just let it clip to your building and make it as if it's an intended design. Have fun tinker tinker.

Yeah they get in the way, I used console commands to remove them when I built up for it.

just spent two hours moving my second floor away from the wires, just so that they don't clip anymore :/

those wires :D

they seem to be pre-built by Bethesda and can't be removed and go through everything... beds, walls, the floor ^^

My wires are even worse, I have a light switch that connects to generators on the other side of hangman ally and lights every 3 feet with wires connecting them all to the switch.

How about being able to scrap the one horrifically angled room on stilts? Getting rid of that thing will be my #1 priority when the CK gets released....

I made walls around it so I couldn't see that ugly shack thing.

It actually has a use...if you scrap the steps, you can jump into it and no other NPC can follow you...makes a decent private room to store stuff and keep bums out of your bed.

There's quite a few places to plant food there. Under the shack for one.

While you can't grow enough to support a huge population, you can certainly plant several areas with enough to generate some adhesives early in the game (tatos, Mutfruit, corn). The lack of a water source to generate purified water is the settlement's true shortcoming.

It's certainly the most easily defensible settlement in the game. with only 2 possible entrances (and you can block both those off with no issues).
