1. Description
----------------------------------------------------------------
Munin's Oblivion-Style Morrowind Homes (or MOSMH) is a plugin for Morrowind that attempts to recreate the housing system of Oblivion. The player can purchase homes in major cities, then purchase furniture to flesh them out, as the homes purchased will be empty except for a bed, as in Oblivion.

Installation is meant to be modular. The user must use the master file, but can then choose which homes to use. For example, if the user only want a home in Balmora, but has no interest in buying one in Sadrith Mora, they will not have to load content they don't want.

These homes are meant to be lore-freindly. They are equivalent to your Morrowind home, and are not meant to be uber or 1337. If this is what you desire, look eslewhere, as this mod is meant to fit into the vanilla game.

If you wish to purchase a home, head to the Office of Imperial Deeds, located in Ebonheart. Only the Balmora home is included in this release, and its price is 2,500 gold. The home is east of the Odai River, north, by the guard tower. Furniture can be purchased for 250 gold a set from Ra'virr, the trader in Balmora.

2. Requirements
----------------------------------------------------------------
This mod requires the Morrowind Master File.

When using this mod, the file called MOSMH_Master.esp MUST be activated. The user can then choose which cities they wish homes to be located in.

****************************************************************
3. Installation
----------------------------------------------------------------
Copy or move the contents of the Data Files folder to the Morrowind Data Files folder.

****************************************************************
4. Using the plugin
----------------------------------------------------------------
On the Morrowind launcher, enable both the MOSMH_Master.esp and MOSMH_Balmora.esp files.

5. Known Issues
----------------------------------------------------------------
None at this time

6. Conflicts
----------------------------------------------------------------
Given the billions of Morrowind mods in existence, and given that this was a personal mod (i.e. I didn't go out of my way to avoid conflicts), this will probably conflict with something. I have provided two screenshots showing buildings I added to Ebonheart and Balmora. Use these as a guide for mod conflicts.

I will be watching this closely for updates, as I really like the centralized purchase location in Ebonheart, and so far the house prices sound fairly reasonable to me.

Just some ideas for updates:

*Run with that type of price range for cities like Ald'ruhn and Sadrith Mora
*Consider houses also in places like Caldera, Suran, etc - scale price down based on location and house size (I would picture an actual stone house in a place like Seyda Neen - though I would not recommend this town in particular - to be around 300 septims or so honestly, maybe a bit more).
*As mentioned consider compatibility additions for some popular mods (NoM I think would be a big one and fairly easy by including a NoM resource fireplace/stove in each house at a base with the bed and some items available in upgrades maybe, and then also some major city/flora adjustments could probably stand looking at), but don't burn yourself out on it :P

Just my ideas to get this to possibly be my ideal housing mod come to life ;)
