Hello,

I am having a major issue with my game that is preventing me from finishing the main story through the Brotherhood of Steel quest line. At the end of the Quest Ad Victoriam you are supposed to enter the Institute through the hole in the ground Liberty Prime creates in front of the CIT Rotunda. Elder Maxson is standing outside with some of this knights along with Ingram, Lucia, Gavil and some other BoS members. He tells you to enter the Institute to finish them off. When I enter the quest "Ad Victoriam" Completes and Elder Maxson does not follow me into the Institute nor does the quest "Nuclear Option" Start. It leaves me inside the institute with no Quests or markers to to follow. This completely stops the main quest from progressing any further.

Things I have done to try to rectify this issue

1. Using Console Commands to teleport Maxson to me. ( When I talk to him he says he is busy)

2. Using Console Commands to start the quest "Nuclear Option" (Will not start)

3. Using Console Commands to teleport me into the Old Robotics Factory ( Does not work)

4. Reloading 4 different saves at different points during the games progression (Does not work)

5. Using Fast Travel to teleport outside of the institute. ( Cannot re-enter the institute after this)

6. Running around the wasteland bashing my head against the wall. ( Does not work)

I only found 1 other person with the same issue as me on the Internet with a post on steam and no one responded back to him. I don't know what to do. I need some help.
