Hi all and happy holidays!

So I've clocked in 225 hours in FO4 and have ran into something rather annoying. Whenever I fast travel to Sanctuary or Vault 111, I get a CTD. Now I do have Sanctuary built up to about 75% of it's maximum placed objects and it currently has 21 or 22 settlers in it. I've verified the game folders and reset the ini files and still...CTD. Anyone experienced this and have a possible solution to offer up? Thanks in advance
