Received Fallout 4 for Christmas. (YAY!)

But upon attempted to redeem the key in Steam it says "Duplicate Key", I can take photo's of the key, game disk, content or whatever as proof. I have already opened a support ticket, is there anything further I can do, how long does support normally take to respond?

Please help me play Fallout 4!
