Yeah i'm running into a bug where i am trying to get into the railroad base to kill desmonda but when i spell out railroad on the circle the door will not open. Are there any upcoming patches coming out and is there solution to get around this or am i totally screwed. I'm already enemies with the brotherhood of steel and the railroad so i don't know what else i can do and i would like to avoid starting a new game if possible. Completely unacceptable to have a gamebreaking bug that prevents me from progressing in the main story for the institute. Aggrivated about this because i love the game.

I'm in the same boat on the end of the line quest. Stuck at this part and no way out. The button in the middle won't press. I believe this quest has to be done with the brotherhood who will blow the wall open but of you're out with them, which I am, it's game over. Really annoying and reports of it have been floating around since well before Christmas. Any indication as to when we will have a patch for it? I don't have saves back far enough to where I can fix this.

Had the same issue.

This worked for me:

1. Run out


2. Travel to somewhere else


3. Play a different Quest (not sure it's necessary)


4. Travel back


5. Run to the door again (The brotherhood guy was running back to the exit when I was somewhere in the middle of the corridors)


6. Interact with the terminal

thought i was doing something wrong.

Hell, i don't understand how can they call a game "complete" and release it when there are quite a lot of game-breaking bugs.

Still no fix. Going away and coming back didn't work.

I found that solution on YouTube to glitch through the wall but can't make it work.
