**Bugged*** Tactical Thinking : Fallout 4

Hey has anyone else had the issue where, deacon is no where near the Railroad hideout, I believe that I have a game breaking bug as It appears that Deacon is on top of the mass fusion building as if I follow the marker for him It leads me to there and goes red a few times but he is no where to be found? Does anyone know a work around I cant continue the brother hood missions with out and I have even jumped back several saves and the same thing happens.

I had this, his marker showed him out in the river, but when I went out the escape tunnel, looped around the building and back inside, he'd respawned down in the hideout.

Their MIGHT be a way up if you cheat but I don't know how to hide cheats so I'll put it as spoiler

grab a hazmat suit or something big you can pick up by holding the X button and back up towards a wall looking down and you move up the wall (best to get Freefall boots before doing this on the outside of the mass fusion building)

or you can call in a vertabird with smoke and point to the mass fusion building with the BoS maby they will take you to the top, I have not tested this on this building sorry if I am wrong.

doing the institute quest line until you get telliported to the top of the mass fusion building before they want you to kill the railroad.

Sadly if I teleport via the institute the brotherhood will become hostile. I ve been trying for a few days now just wondering around looking for him, does anyone know if there is a tunnel or something underneath the Mass Fusion building?

their might be a metro that goes under it, the first thing would be to travel there and see if their is an up or down airow on the quest marker, if it is down he is under ground, if it is up he is on top of it.

Yea, So I have tried everything............ Has anyone else ran into this situation It appears he actually is on the roof.
