.... permanently as your character enters them?
As you roam around the gameworld/sandbox, you enter different "cells" (gameworld "areas"). With Skyrim (and FO3 & FNV if I'm not mistaken), whenever your character entered a new cell, the game would "read" your character's current level then PERMANENTLY mark that cell at that same level (+/- 1 to 3 levels) for the remainder of the game. What this would mean is that any future encounters/respawns in that particular cell would be locked at that level no matter what your character's later (higher) level might be. So feasibly one could explore a very small area of the map initially, until reaching a higher level, then subsequently venture forth (for more of a challenge) -OR- running through as much of the map as possible at a lower level, locking those cells in at said lower level, then going back and exploring/questing (for less of a challenge).
So does anyone know if Fallout 4 behaves this way? Just curious. I ran a mod with Skyrim called "W.T.F.? Random Encounter Zones" that randomized the cells rather than marking them at your character's current level when entering them.
