Does anyone know if it's a guaranteed t-45? I was just wondering as I've put off the quest this go around, and I'm level 20 or so now. While it would be sweet to find a t-51 instead, I won't be surprised if it is just locked in at t-45. I ask only because I might as well grab it now if it's going to stay the second worst PA in the game, as opposed to waiting if it isn't.

That Suit will always be a slightly damaged T-45.

If You want a unique PA Chestpiece, Cambridge Polymer Labs has always spawned a Unique Levelled T-45 or T-51 Chestpiece.
