Do you ever get to fight Liberty Prime? : Fallout 4

Do you? Like by siding with the institute? and if so will you still be able to encounter him as a foe if you massacre everyone on the Prydwen and Boston Airpprt before the Mass Fusion events?

No. You basically invade the airport, climb the scaffolding where Prime is and corrupt him so he shoots down the Prydwen. He's destroyed as well in the ensuing destruction.

May as well, Liberty Prime is invincible, I shoot several mini nukes at it, but its health didn't go down.

I was afraid to fight Prime because the last time I did it, it was in 'Fallout 3' and he one-shot killed me.
