Just like the Title says, I have created some awesome Additions to the factions, and will be growing as time continues, and after CK is released of course. But until then, We will just xEdit and Champolion our way through it all .

So does this require you to have the Wasteland Whisperer perk or no or how does this work?

No offense, but modding communities have a history of new users announcing ambitious plans on the forums, and then disappearing forever.

Until companions can be made to stop stealing your combat XP, I refuse to use companions, followers, etc.
