I've been trying the to pretty up sanctuary and for the most part the http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4640/? mod lets me do that. But alas, when I try to fix the roofs viahttps://youtu.be/yF-tUy8I29M?t=5m48s it does not work. So if I can't do it with the in game building, i'll have to resort to mods to fix the roofs.

So none of them show up in the NMM plugins tab, figured because they were just texture replacers. But I manually installed them just to be safe, but none of them take effect. The houses are still dingy with Swiss cheese roofs. Any thought on troubleshooting this?
