npc saying theres no power but there is and hes not even attemting to boradcasting

Yup common and annoying bug. Same issue for me. Hopefully Bethesda will fix it....

I emailed Bethesda about this. I explained the problem and said that people have had this problem since November and you haven't attempted to fix this.

The words 'XBOX ONE' were mentioned at least twice in the email.

Their reply was "Reinstall steam".

Customer support really is pathetic. Their first reply told me to check the FAQ's and clearly didn't read my email.
