I was starting over again (restartitis is an ongoing struggle) and I noticed something about character gen. One can get both the characters to look the way one wants and when you leave the character generation screen the character you didn't choose remains with his/her makeover! Thought that was a nice touch. Anyone else find any other surprises elsewhere like this?

Yeah, I've always modeled my spouse as well. Makes it more personal when I go through Vault 111, or relive it in the Memory Den. Plus I think it helps roleplay just a little to define our spouse, like I gave my character's husband a classic old timey boxer look with bruises from a recent bout.

I always seem to discover a new option in facegen, though. My first time I never learned you could actually mold the temples a little, second time I never learned you could edit the sides of their mouth. So many little details you can manipulate.

Well, just had another first. When running to Vault 111 I decided to go look down the stream where one can pick blood leaf. Suddenly there was a flash and boom and the game put me back at the door to the house to run to the vault again! Totally caught me by surprise and I jumped! :fallout:

I didn't know there was any other way to do this, I always model both but choose only one. I noticed Father will look very similar to how you choose the male to look, only much older.
