I have an android NOTE4 and I've isntalled my PIP Boy App. The smartphone is connected wi-fi with my router. Then I've my PC with the game (FallOut 4) and it is connected to the same router ethernet (LAN - Cable). I've activated the PIP Boy in the options on my pc. I've open the TCP 27000 and the UDP 28000 on my windows firewall and also in my Netgear Firewall. But when I run the App on my smartphone it keep on saying "no devices are found". Is it because my PC is connected by LAN? can I use the PIP Boy App anyway even if my PC has not a wi-fi connection and it is connected with the cable? What can I try to make it works?
