Two things that's been noticed while having the second rank of the Scrapper perk. (Only Copper has been tagged as a search item for these two)

1. The Workshop becomes highlighted periodically (probably when the Scrapper highlighting becomes active) indicating that the material I'm searching for is in there. This is a redundant procedure. This only applies to the main Workshop item.

What Happened:

- Workshop is highlighted indicating that the material you're searching for in the Commonwealth is located in it.

What Should Happen:

- Workshop should not be highlighted.

2. A gun on the loading screen became highlighted as if I was able to pick it up.

What Happened:

- Item that can be scrapped for a material I'm looking for was highlighted on the loading screen. The Player Character is unable to get this item.

What Should Happen:

- Items on the loading screen should never be highlighted regardless if the said item can be scrapped for a material you're looking for or not.
