Cant move from your Pod after getting out the only button that works is pause and I got fallout on Dec 25 and my Xbox too so my controller is fine
I do have to other Profiles one named Tim lvl 36 and beat the game the other one Kevin lvl 17 or 20 and have not beat the game
The new person is Sky and got out of the "pod"

I think you just need to hard cycle your xbox. Have you tried that? It worked for other w the same problem.

just turn on your xbox and then hold ur finger on the power for 10 seconds I believe. Google it to be sure I guess..

I have had a similar issues , and it corrupted some of my saves , hope that does not happen to you
