Vault 81 Inaccessible

Hey, folks. This is more of a bug report rather than seeking solution as I have concluded that this is an unresolvable issue. Hopefully Bethesda can advise and fix this issue before the next patch release. This is a known issue for both XBOX One and Playstation 4.

When you first attempt to open the main vault door of Vault 81, the overseer speaks with you. In order to enter, you need three fusion cores --OR-- you can smooth talk your way if your charisma is high enough without giving up any cores. Vault door opens, you speak with the overseer, and you proceed to the sliding door on the right.

The problem: if you decide to use your charisma to enter the vault, you will find that you've hit a dead end after talking to the overseer. The sliding door on the right will say [INACCESSIBLE]. There is an elevator to the left, but it requires a terminal to unlock. There is no way to work around this. Going back to the Commonwealth and coming back, restarting the game, reinstalling the game--none of these work.

I've searched around to find multiple people having the same issue, but no resolution. There is even a YouTube video that will expound. I'd post links, but forum rules won't allow me to. Just call on the Googles and search for "vault 81 inaccessible" and almost the entire first page of results will address the problem.

You could always just start a new game and enter Vault 81 using cores instead of charisma, but that would certainly be a cheese if you're over a day into the game.

Anyway, does Bethesda plan on fixing this for people that have already hit the wall? I hope so.
