Alexis in Vault 81

Does Alexis' stock ever refresh? I bought the shipment of nuclear material from her one time and every time I go back it still isn't there again. It's been weeks (in-game) and she never gets any new shipments. Every other vendor in the game does so why isn't she doing it?

sounds like it could be a bug/glitch. I've experienced the same thing too

Figures, the one and only vendor that gives nuclear material and she is bugged.

Just let a bunch of super mutant suiciders blew them up and you will have 2 nuclear material for each.

Also all glowing enemies seem to produce those.

You can buy scrap with nuclear materials at almost every vendor, same goes for any rare junk, I never buy shipments.

I know how to get the stuff, it's just getting the shipments is so much easier and I wanted to know why her inventory didn't refresh like everyone else's did.

I use an automatic plasma rifle at close range a lot, and the green goo splat blobs it turns enemies into sometimes produce a steady source of nuclear material.

Also, if you've got the scrapper perk for it, save and scrap every looted weapon with a glow-sight mod - you'll get nuclear material as scrap.

Forgot about the glow sighted mod parts, I'll have to make a list of every mod that has nuclear mat in it for deconstruction.

Also I have a small confession to make. I'm on console so I don't get the wonderful console commands (the irony of the name) or yet have access to the mods that you PC people do and I am SICK of scouring every damn junk pile to find things so I started doing the shipment duplication glitch at the workbench. I now have 10,000 of every material except nuclear, which svcks because for base defense I believe in go heavy laser or go home.

Which is a mistake, since you have to encumber yourself with a pile of junk every time you go out. Shipments have zero weight. The only junk I'm actually picking up is the super rare stuff, such as nuclear material or items containing a variety of goodies. Telephones, typewriters or Microscopes.

I loot and save everything with a long mod list on the weapon to scrap later. The scrap from a heavily modded weapon, especially with recon scopes, is impressive.

It's a mistake because you do it differently.

Sure buddy.

sounds like a glitch, when i went to her to get the nuclear materiel shipment her stock refreshed every 48 hours game time. i bought the shipment she had, walked across the hall, slept for 2 days and went back. kept doing it for like 2-3 weeks.
