Whenever I open fallout 4 it launches, goes black, then crashes to desktop PLEASE HELP!!!! I SPENT $40 ON THIS GAME

Use the Search box or Run... box, type: cmd and press Enter.

In the command prompt, type:

dxdiag /t dxdiag.txt

and press Enter.

Now go to the %userprofile% directory (C:\User\), find the dxdiag.txt file. Open the file. Select All. Copy and Paste its contents here in a reply. Use the spoiler tags, by either using the following:

or by clicking the icon (Special BBCode) next to Font menu, and selecting 'spoiler'.
