Ahoy. So, of my six tier 3 stalls at Abernathy Farm, two of them (restaurant and weapons emporium) don't work, when I activate the settler assigned he/she just says "yeah?" or "yes" and I get no dialogue option. I've tried:

- Reassigning (occasionally enrampagement-murdering) new settlers

- Moving stalls (including to entirely flat, unobstructed ground)

- Putting stalls back in the store and replacing them

- Ringing the bell, I can trade with them once they've been standing around the bell for a while
