Please can I ask if there is likely to be a proper fix for fps drop and the occasional CTD?

From reading a lot of individual posts there seems to be a lot of these issues and a number of recommended fixes.

I have tried pretty much every fix I can find but still get fps drops, the occasional stutter in certain locations and a few CTD's for no apparent reason and they are not repeatable. I go back to the same point in the game and it doesn't CTD.

Stability issue perhaps. WHat other games do you play?

Other crash,freeze, issues? Using mods?
