Finally starting to progress on RR stuff a bit. Will do them till I get to a crossroad and have to pick sides, then go do someone else.

Anyway, finally doing those Tinker Tom quests with the MILA and thoroughly enjoy his "eccentric" personality

Was trying to think which past gamesas character he reminded me of and finally it hit me: Glarthir from Skingrad in Oblivion!

In case anyone is not familiar with him, we probably shouldn't go into great details (its the FO4 Spoilers section not Oblivion spoilers section after all), but he was a paranoid Wood Elf who sent you on a series of missions. He was not "scientist" but judging from the number of books in his house he was something of a scholar.

Just love some over the top characters. Trashcan Karla and Tinker Tom are top notch to me! Strong is also a strong 2nd place, though too repetitive to keep around as a companion.

I loved Tinker Tom. There's a point later on that you may really enjoy, if you stick with the RR line.

I just love his eccentricity and voice. <3 He and Deacon are the only two interesting NPCs from the Railroad as far as I'm concerned.

Desdemona is admittedly kind of "alluring" in a MILF sort of way, and her portrayal is very good (though I dislike the character). Dr. Carrington is good, PAM is good, Glory is good. I'd have to say pretty much all the RR characters are well-done even if they are not all highly likeable.

But Tinker Tom is just plain fun! Only character in the game that strikes me that way so far other than Trashcan Karla and to some extent MacReady.
